Can we create a new release from URL by using cli, command prompt or powershell?

Hi, it would be great to have a little more detail on how you envisage the process, but balenaCLI enables you to deploy container images from a private Docker Hub account or a personally hosted registry and

balena deploy
will upload images to the balenaCloud registry and then create a release entry in the balena API database, read more here
