As documented here, you can submit your balena projects for inclusion in balenaHub!
However, just to recap, the steps are fairly simple:

Your app should work using the deploy with balena button, and assume defaults to enable people to get up and running quickly with the minimum of configuration.

You should provide complete instructions in the form of a readme or documentation within the application repo.

Your app should contain a
balena.ymlfile with all the necessary metadata, along with an icon which will be used for listing on balenaHub. -
