Adding Off Button to Pi 4

Hi All,

Trying to add an off button to a Pi 4 running balena sound. Does anyone know how to do this? Can’t find anything online.

Hi,

There are a few ways to add a button to a Pi 4. It isn’t a balena specific thing though, so many of the guides you find online would put you on a good track (for example: Raspberry Pi 4 B GPIO boot and shutdown button(s) - Raspberry Pi Stack Exchange).

Where you may come in to some balena specific things is adding the dtoverlay configuration which is documented here: Advanced boot settings - Balena Documentation
