Access to production image via dashboard

I’ve installed balenaOS using following the Getting Started guide.

Steps taken

  • Downloaded the production image for the Raspberry Pi 4: BalenaOS 2.41.0+rev4
  • Installed the CLI
  • Configured Network SSID and Network Key
  • Booted up the device
  • The device responds to mydevice.local and is given a IPV4 address through DHCP on my router.

From @agabq in another thread:

If you use the production image serial or video consoles are disabled. You can use only the console from dashboard.

Since I have installed the production image how do I access the console from the dashboard? Port 80 and port 443 does not seem to be opened.

Hi there, I believe this is referring to the dashboard web terminal, which you can access from your account on https://dashboard.balena-cloud.com - you can see the documentation for this here https://www.balena.io/docs/learn/manage/ssh-access/#using-the-dashboard-web-terminal
