I just set up the Balena Dash project on my Raspberry Pi 3. I connected the HDMI cable up, but the only image I get is a white screen with a green Balena icon. Anyone else experience this? Anybody have a solution for this?

Hi @ms8787,

welcome! Can you please describe what exactly you did? I just tried to [push the project](https://github.com/balena-io-projects/balena-dash) without any modifications to my Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and it works - I can see the YouTube TV (default when no `WPE_URL` is specified).

Do you see anything suspicious in the device logs (accessible via Dashboard for example)? Did you set any service variables?

Hi. Did you also change the RESIN\_HOST\_CONFIG\_gpu\_mem config variable to a sensible value, such as 396 for example?
