Why I can not with your software properly transfer this ISO file to USB Flash Drive,  
I mean this file at the link here

Hi, can you want to share more info about the problem you are facing? I assume you have a problem using Etcher, right?

I did a quick test using ‘android-x86\_64-9.0-r2.iso’ from the link you shared and works fine on Etcher 1.7.7 on macOS.

How to attach a screenshot image to show about this problem?  
This problem is with the Windows 10 operating system.
