Hi. So can you try updating the firmware and check if that helps? I think this is a feature of the firmware and not drivers so please try to update just the firmware to see if you can use that chipset in AP mode

I tried using the hostapd firmware that is suggested in the post on the Raspberry Pi forums, but it didn’t work. I don’t know if it didn’t work because of a wrong setup of the container or because the firmware didn’t work.
I’ll try to find the post about the drivers update.
