Has anyone tried the new Surface GO 2 with balena?

I saw that the GO is supported, but as the GO 2 is fairly new I was wondering if I will run into any issues.

Hi @bedabinder, the Surface GO image from the dashboard works with both the Surface Go 1 and 2.

If you find some issues with it you can let us know by raising a ticket in the [device github repository](https://github.com/balena-os/balena-intel).

Hi @itay_tekara-solution, we have not specifically tested the Surface Go 3 and Surface Go 4. We do have customers using the Surface Go 3 with our device type “Generic x86-64 (GPT)”. There are some known issues e.g. it takes some work to control the screen brightness via software, takes work to read battery level via software. In other words, while we don’t specifically support the Surface Go 3, it’s working well enough for some customers.
