I actually started with -runtime but needed a variety of mono packages installed as well and took the easy route out and installed -complete. I might retry it with only a few packages. The mono-complete install took ~10 minutes for me here on a much slower connection.

I will try mono-complete myself to make sure that it’s not QEMU issue.
Also, It’s painful to install all these stuff by yourself… Resin .NET base images seems to be a good idea, we will add this to base images pipeline :wink:
