Registry down, cannot update balena devices

When my devices is trying to update from registry2.balena-cloud.com, it just return packet loss. I tried using VPN from US, it returns the same packet loss error.

@deep, thanks for reporting this. There are no recent recorded incidents with balenaCloud (https://status.balena.io/), whether automated monitoring or something reported to support agents. We have just tested deploying apps in the US and in the UK and it was successful. Could you provide some more details about how you are observing packet loss? Regarding the VPN, how are you setting it up? Is this a setup that had worked before? I am not aware of any recent platform changes that could explain the problem, but the more details you can give us, the more we should be able to help. Thanks!
