# No USB devices found (Raspberry Pi 4)

I came back to a project after six months but surprised to find that no USB devices work with 2.82.10 on a Raspberry Pi 4. The hubs are detected but nothing else. Plugging and unplugging a device doesn’t trigger anything in dmesg. Tried all the ports including the USB-C.

Edit: Obviously it works fine with Raspbian…

Any thoughts?

Downgrading to balenaOS to 2.80.5+rev1 should help get you back running quickly (_fingers crossed_)
