It’s been years since I logged into my account. I’ve changed phones and computers several times and have lost both my authenticator connection and recovery codes. Is there any way to get back in?

Hi Al, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately it sounds like you will not be able to log back in with that account. However, you could simply create a new account, and go from there. (Don’t forget to save the recovery codes this time!).
