I want to add a tag with fleet name to a metric exporter.
Is it possible with supervisor api or any other way?

I belive you are looking for the envvar `BALENA_APP_NAME`. Earlier it was not called a “fleet” but an “app”.

To add to the correct response above, this is also documented here: [Communicate outside the container - Balena Documentation](https://docs.balena.io/learn/develop/runtime/#environment-variables)
