Hi, I’m sending a follow up response to my message. I’ve found [this thread](https://forums.balena.io/t/balena-sound-low-output/61927/40) in the forums which discusses the problem that you are currently experiencing. Also, here is a [post](https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=299080) on adjusting volume on the RPi4 that might yield some more insight into your problem.
