Great list! I would like to add the below. I really enjoy building large electronic kits with lots of soldering, I’m interested to know if anyone else has anything along these lines too. I’ve built a OneTesla kit in the past but not tried any of the others (yet!). > **[z80kits.com Home of Z80 based retro computer kits](https://z80kits.com/)** > > z80kits.com is the home of Z80 based retro computer kits. Build your very own computer just as you would have done in the 1980s! I think it is time I step up to a Smart Toaster. I need to be able to control my toasting from my phone, and check in on it when I am not home, via the internet.
