Balena newbie here. I apologize if this is the wrong forum.
I’m trying to install balena on a new device: Azulle Byte4 Celeron N4020 with LTE. I have it plugged into ethernet for setup.
After startup it connects to our fleet and I can see the logs, but it hangs at the Balena splash screen. It’s hanging on device detection:
