# Facing issue in Artik 520

Hi all,

I’m facing some issue in Artik 520 module , When i power ON the board , the artik module is continously resetting. The LED for Reset is always ON. Actually i should be always OFF. kindly give ur suggestion

Have you run through the [getting started guide](https://developer.artik.io/documentation/artik/getting-started/)?

It would be good to see if the issue is still present with the stock ARTIK image as that would point to a hardware issue.
