# Downgrade os version

Hey is there a way I can downgrade the version from the dashboard of the os my devices are using since somethings are not working with the latest version of the os?

Hi there, we don’t support self-serve downgrading as of now. What is it that is not working? More information about your setup (device type, previous OS, current OS) would be helpful to get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks.
