Hi Balena community,

In one of my devices there is a container that refuses to stop. Since it doesn’t stop, it doesn’t update to the latest software version.

```auto
Failed to kill service 'camera-app sha256:818915dc1c8aec25ebc2eae11d45373b7b3761b16786f95b338b6bc10fbedbea' due to '(HTTP code 500) server error - cannot stop container: 3b77bbfd640a5b117094b60d78a302c6930985dfc2d1fc9c5d80c08e0429eaf7: tried to kill container, but did not receive an exit event
```

```auto
$ balena kill 3b77bbfd640a
Error response from daemon: Cannot kill container: 3b77bbfd640a: tried to kill container, but did not receive an exit event
```

I have rebooted the device and purged the data but still it’s blocked, any ideas what might be preventing it?

Thanks in advance!
