certbot on Balena

I have Nextcloud , code server and home assistant with bass configurator , I want to install certbot so that Nextcloud uses https instead of http , and I want the same to work for others also, expect hass configurator , how to install certbot? Nextcloud installed nginx with it and the config cannot be edited so I guess I have to rewrite the dockerfile for nginx , help with certbot
