# Balena Fin + Soracom SIM cards: compatible?

Is Balena Fin compatible with Soracom Sim ([https://www.soracom.io/products/](https://www.soracom.io/products/)) cards?

I looked online for tutorials, but I could not find any. Has anyone tried the combination of the two?

Hey @tgirotto, which modem are you using?

I asked internally and my teammate told me that he tested on Quectel EG25-G and it works totally fine. I also found [this project](https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/TT60/air-quality-data-logger-for-better-environment-0bf868) that explains the setup with balenaFin and Huawei MS2131 modem.
