# balena etcher wont open my files system to flash a drive (chromebook os)

i have 0 clue why it wont load the files, i have shared downloads with linux. just every time i click flash from file it closes the program. and i cant figure out how to download from link (windows 10)  
pls help im just trying to recover my blue screen loop laptop ;-;
