# about no device detection on balena cloud

Hi there,

I tried to set up the Balena FIN board, and follow the steps:

I have tested out the balena CLI by the command: balena apps, it turns out a success, and I tried to reload the balena cloud page, no device found, I tried multiple times, still no device detected. Could you help me figure out what the problem is.
